Claudia Hek was born on November 5th 1975 on rustic island Terschelling which she quickly left in the dust for Amsterdam spending about one month on the Rietveld act academy before realizing her vision of art wouldn't be encouraged there. Moving on from scary realistic portraiture to striking pin-ups and other so called lowbrow themes, Claudia is now working on a freelance base for the last 7 years, and is a well known artist in the underground scene. Her style is most valued by garage/rock bands worldwide for posters, logos, and tee shirt design. Claudia is also the drummer in the rock duo called " Sixtyniners"
